Legal Information About your photo shoot
We will cover some information you need to know before you book an adult photo shoot with us
You may be photographed conducting activities that are legal. Illegal things would be incest, activities with someone below age of consent. This is a broad description of ages in certain states
You must be at least 18 in most US states and in Canada; 21 in AL, MS, NE, WY.
Any form of sex with animals, etc...
To follow Federal, State, and Local Laws we can only be your photographers in a paid photo shoot. There can be no touching, in any manner, with your photographers, as this can be construed as prostitution in the eyes of the law.
We remain clothed at all times.
Fees will be collected after the photo shoot is complete. In the rare event that there is some chemistry during the photo shoot and one of us gets involved in the shoot sexually, the fee is to be waved, and the shoot then becomes a recreation photo session.
These rules will be strictly enforced
Before the shoot you will have to show us a picture ID, and sign an adult model release. All content in a paid shoot will be handed over to you at the end of the shoot, and we will give you a full copyright release. We will never display your material in any form, unless the shoot involves us.
In the event that a sexual shoot happens between you and one or both of us, the content copyright will be split 50/50. For an example, let's say, You and Susan are involved in a sexual video. You, as well as us, may use the content in any manner we wish. Yes, it might appear on the net, so be forewarned.
Another interesting twist to the law is that during the shoot, you must look at the camera occasionally, as this is to show that you are consenting to the filming. Also we request that both parties involved, or shall we say, all parties involved, make a small conversation about making a video to show that all are consenting.
