We are currently seeking a private investor to help us reopen our gift shop and photographic studio.  This could be a short term relationship or a long term investment.

We have a verifiable track record in retail management and store ownership.  Currently we own all the necessary photographic equipment and lighting, office infrastructure, business licenses, website,  and some inventory.  We need help in obtaining a brick and mortar outlet either in the Palm Coast or St Augustine area, and are considering relocating back to Colorado.

You may be a silent partner or private investor, or if you wish, be an active partner with us, working intimately with us in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.  If you wish to be an active partner with us, you will be involved with both the retail store operations and the photographic studio. 

We are open to:

  1. Store Ownership and start up

  2. Turnkey management of an existing operation

  3. A vacant building you wish to share with us

  4. Living on site to facilitate longer hours of operation

  5. Working very closely with our partner or investor and extra benefits for the right person will be considered
