I really don't know about any of you out there, but we have had it with this cable company.  Two months ago they installed Internet, Phone, and HDTV.  Well it never worked right from the beginning.  We have spent days waiting for techicians to show up and when they do, it's only to tell us there is nothing wrong.  Yes the problem is intermittent, which to me means the service is intermittent.  Ok so why am I paying 150.00 per month for this service?  Well, I'm not going to anymore.  I'm sick of call center technicians hanging up on us, and being rude.  I'm sick of being on hold, I'm just sick of this company.  28 kbs internet is barely dialup.
